This week...

For the last 10 days I've had the pleasure of housesitting for one of my lovely colleagues, and it's been an absolute dream. Lots of cooking, chilling, and topped off with some fantastic weather this weekend. Life is very good at the moment. Here's a few pics of what I've been up to...

I was off work on Friday afternoon which turned into the first proper beach day of the season! Great result apart from the fact that I managed to get some pretty ridic sunglasses tan-lines, much to the amusement of my friends/family.

Friday's awesomeness (is this a word?!) continued into the evening as the first gig race of the season took place. I went out and watched and managed to get a few nice snaps. And my brother and dad's crew ended up coming 2nd which was good considering most of their practice consisted of not rowing and drinking lots of beer!

Spoilt again by the weather on Saturday, and although I was working I definitely made the most of the sunny evening with first beach picnic of the year. Caught a pretty special sunset too (you know I'm a sucker for a good sunset!)
